CCAA AGREES!!!!!!!
It is with great pride and joy that I announce our daughter Cao Cai Wei! She is waiting for us in Jiangsu Province Nanjing SWI. She was born on July 8th 2005. We are working as quickly as possible to bring her home and are just a few pieces of paper away! We have so much to be Thankful for this holiday season!!!!!
