Works for me Wednesday.....

Before we had kids one of my hobbies was scrapbooking. I loved it! I had all of the tools- once a month I went to a "crop" with my girlfriends and we had a blast. After 4 moves and 2 children I have found myself unable to "catch up" with their books. I did manage to get their baby books done but my goal of a book a year has not been realized. I found shutterfly has a template and a wide selection of books to choose from. I finished my 2nd sons 2 year old book in one hour. My digital pics are already uploaded to their site and after a few minutes of transferring our non-digital pics to the site his book (including journaling) is done! I will be switching to this mode of scrapping from now on. I'll miss the crops but it is nice to be caught up and stress free! Works for me!

I will have to check that out! Some friends of mine took me to crop nights, but it always took me the WHOLE night to do two pages! I never felt like I'd be able to finish one child's book, let alone THREE! Thanks for the tip!

Oh gosh, I'm doing the same thing....I decided (after making a China Trip shutterfly book for grammas for mothers day) that the ease, and the cost at the end (and the SIZE) means I need to stop scrapbooking. I will still do a baby book for Ryleigh and school albums for the kids, but everything else will be Shutterfly.

It just blows my mind, but I was just getting ready to post about the EXACT same thing. I have a fortune in scrapping supplies that I just packed up and stored for, hopefully, another era, but Shutterfly offered me a free photobook and there is no turning back for me. Mine came in two days and it looks awesome. It's the only way to scrap for me now.

I love scrapbooking but it is so hard to find the time and I have a long way to go to catch up to the present. Thanks for the tip. I will have to check Shutterfly out.

Thanks for the tip. This may be easier for me to do my books ( I do five of them).

I just came back from a scrapbooking retreat where I finished 50 pages and spent lots of money. Still I'm soooo behind and I'm toying with the idea of going digital. I'll have to look into it.
